A small number of users have reported, that when they publish to DVD and test the finished project the menu page hotspots do not display and the menu pages do not stop, but play once and then go straight to the video pages.
Answer:
When you have published your DVD and you want to test it you must run your DVD playback software in DVD from Hard Disk mode. If you simple drag the video_ts folder into the software many players will simple play the vob files in the folder as videos and ignore any menus.
