I only had a moment to try to understand what you are doing with your Cue Cards project. It seems, for demonstration purposes you only have two Pages plus the opening Menu.
Please take a look at your "Back to Previous Cue Card" Button. In the Actions you are using "Go to Page <Previous>". You ONLY use "Previous" for special situations, for example, if you had 20 Pages of material and Page #21 was a HELP screen. Imagine having a Master Page which had a "Help" Button with a Go To Page 21 Action. Once you go to the Help Page, you want to be able to return to the Page from which you came, so then you would use Previous. Otherwise use <Backward> to go back one Page in your presentation.
When you try to Preview a Page which has a Button using "Previous" nothing will happen when you Click it, because you haven't come from a Page in order to return to it.
Hope this helps.
Hi Fred,
Thanks for replying.
My actual project has about 20 pages, I just included 2 to upload here. the reason I use the "previous" action is because several of the cue cards contain hypertext links to other cue cards, and I wanted the user to be able to go back to the original cue card after viewing the one that was hypertexted to. Also, when I preview these cards, there always is a previous page, because I always start at the menu and then click to go the cue card; that way, the menu is the previous page.
Thanks,
Mike
