 Post subject: Using .swf as a button

I have animated buttons made as small .swf files. I've tried to put them inside a pub as videofiles but nothing happens... I've tried all 3 options on top, chromakey and rendered without any success... :-(

I believe you need Quicktime installed to get swf playback in the video object.
Look in help file under Object Properties/Video Tab.
The note at the bottom of the page explains this.

You can use Docview instead -- see the help file.

Thanks Paul but I have QT installed; I found the problem: the .swf - generated by Sothink Glanda- was 'compressed' and could not be read by Opus. I unchecked the compress option and everything is OK. Will try also with Docview. Anyway the option must be 'on the top' for the animated .swf to work.

It works but you get a border around the image even if border is set to zero (it is a frame in fact).
