This time it is drag and drop. Again it's intermittant. Dragging and dropping into hotspots, sometimes the drop is refused, other times it's accepted. And yes, I am dragging the same object onto the same location!

It only ever happens after the first successful drop, after dragging off or resetting the page (via animation>reset) the second attempt to drag onto a drop zone is sometimes refused. Sometimes this refusal continues sometimes it is OK.

A refusal to drop I can understand, it's the intermittant nature thats doing my head in. Anyone else had this issue and found the source of the problem? One of the problem pages has the interactivity in a frame, the others do not. Could it be a frame issue? Reloading the page sems to fix it but users don't like the extra effort.

Peter (and other new posters) --

It always helps us to know which DW product you are using and which release number. Rather than having to repeat this information in each of your querries, click on "Profile" at the top of this page, and within your Signature, give us your OPUS info and information on your hardware. Take a look at my signature block.

Now, as for your question. If your Drop Zone is not substantially larger than your Drag Object, it may not be completely fitting. For a test, expand the size of your Drop Zone (width & height).

Or just uncheck the "Object must fit inside drop zone" option on the drag object.
