I'm interested in creating a custom animated blend.

What file types are those that are already available?

thanks, Linda

Pete,

That's a great start!

So, what's a good programme for making anim gifs? I use Fireworks, which does do them, but only if I draw every frame, I think... there must be easier tweening stuff out there.

I wonder if I could export a flash as an anim gif?

I'll have to go and experiment ... but if you have any further bits of info, please help; it's too hot to reinvent the wheel today!

Animation Shop that comes with Paint Shop Pro makes use of a wizard and is easy to use. I don`t think it will handle swf files but most others mpeg avi ....

Linda

I use a really neat programme for 3d work called Cool 3d Studio

Made by ULEAD - and really intuitive
You might be interested too as you can also render out broadcast quality frames for video production work

Great for 3d logos (see my website)

I see it as a half way house between Lightwave or any other 3d application but obviosly you can still do 2d type stuff in it.

Hope this helps

Pete
