 Post subject: accepting parameters.

System: Asus i7-7700K 16Gb
How do I create an EXE which accepts parameters?? I can pass parameters when I'm launching a file, but how do I accept them?? I want to create a timer which will be started from anotherOpus created EXE. so I need to pass the time settings to the timer EXE.
