Hello,

I wonder how I can set an object to a defined position via actions or scripting. I do not want to make a visible move but to set the object to a defined X/Y position inside or outside the visible screen.

Just use the Move To action (or script) with a time of 0 seconds.

thank you Duncan, that works. Maybe setting the position of objects outside the screen and back instead of hide and show could be helpful to avoid some problems which are described in another thread (belonging radiobuttons).
