Fred, thank you.
I tried your approach - kinda factory default setting? yeah? - anyways that didn't work.
But after a bit of "hanging", my Zone Alarm Pro decided to kicked-in - asking if I wanted OPUS.exe to be allow rights? Bit of a clue - huh?
Well, as this TOO was hanging, I went into ZAP .. and . . it would have appeared I needed to update my ZAP profile FOR OPUS.exe, giving it "Trusted" rights, and so on.
So, I did a complete uninstall and reinstall. Re-booted and got busy with ZAP. .. and yes, oh course, so far, ZAP now allows OPUS to work.
However, what IS interesting is that ZAP didn't, in a timely and appropriate way, give me any option to ALLOW Opus to boot up the first and second time I used OPUS. Normally ZAP says something like: "
A new program is trying to access WINDOWS .dah dah dah .. do you want to allow ZAP to allow it?" . .this I didn't get. Bottom line I HAD to set the profile manually. And now, it would appear, I'm back in business.
HOWEVER!
The update/patch to version 2.8, for Presenter, is creating an ERROR when I try to install it. PNG attached.
2 steps forward . . ..
Fred, thanks for your patience.
If ZAP don't tell me .. I don't know!!
I would, however, like to be add the patch ..
Thanks,
Grazie
