Hi

I am trying to figure out if there is any automated way to create page thumbnails in a Flex pub, short of creating miniature (re-sized) versions of each page in a separate chapter. I would like to create a single page of thumbnails so the viewer could use these to navigate to a specific page (s).

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Stephen

Take a look on the Organizer on the left side of your editing screen, and click on "Pages." You'll see a thumbnail for each Page. You can do a screen grab, then use a PSP type product to crop each thumbnail, which you could then use as an image on a Button Ojbect.

Hi Fred

Thanks for your reply.

I had begun to think about a similar solution: exporting each page as a bitmap, using PSP to resize, then creating a thumbnails page with the images, each linked to the actual page.

Features like "Export Page" allowing this versatility remind me how fantastic Opus is! :)

Kind Regards,
