Hi

Is there a way to omit the title bar icon for a page?

Currently, it displays the Opus icon. The other chapters in the pub have the title bar unchecked. Not having a title bar, they have no icon. In this one chapter/page, I would prefer to use the title bar, if I could omit the icon.

Any help is appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Thanks Paul, for your reply.

Unchecking the system menu does remove the icon. It also removes the exit/close button on the bar.

I had initially created my own top toolbar to simulate the title bar, including a exit/close button, but needed to get rid of it because I couldn't get it to look the way I needed it to.

I don't suppose there's any way to keep the title bar's exit/close button and avoid the icon?

Kind Regards,

Stephen,

If I understand the question.

I believe the icon you select for the EXE file is used when you compile the publication. But you have to select an icon otherwise it defaults to the Opus icon.

Hi Leo

The icon I am referring to is not the publication icon for the executable file. I understand how that can be changed, and actually have changed it to my custom icon.

The problem is with the Opus icon that appears on the Window title bar when creating a "display in new window" for a particular chapter (for example, when it needs to be a different size than the main window).

I'll keep trying to find a work-a-round or custom solution.

Thank you for your help.

Kind Regards,

Leo is correct. If you choose an icon when you publish the program, the icon appears in the window title bar and replaces the Opus one. If this is not happening, then there must be a problem somewhere.
I use IconArt--the freeware version and produce a 32X32 24 bit icon. This works fine.

Perhaps one thing I didn't make clear is that you will only see your selected icon in title bar when you run the published program. In preview, you will always see the Opus Icon.
